Paul Young, PhD

Paul M. Young is a retired managing director at Goldman, Sachs & Co and a director of the Fannie and John Hertz Foundation.
Previously, he was a global head of Securities Division Strats for Goldman Sachs, served on the Finance, FICC and Equities Risk Committees and co-headed the firm’s efforts to leverage electronic trading capabilities across asset classes and regions. Paul received his BS in applied science from the California Institute of Technology and his PhD in applied physics from Harvard University.
