Jeff Thompson, PhD
2009 Hertz Fellow
Jeff Thompson leads a research group at Princeton University in the area of quantum science and engineering, working on quantum computing with neutral atoms and quantum communications.
Before joining Princeton, Jeff was a postdoc at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2014–16), PhD student at Harvard University (2008–14), Fulbright scholar in Germany, and undergraduate student at Yale University (2003–07).
