Amy Alving, PhD

Amy Alving serves on the Board of Directors for Howmet Aerospace, Fannie Mae and DXC Technology, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Princeton University.
Amy received her Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and her PhD in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University. Her career took her from academia (Associate Professor, Aerospace Engineering & Mechanics at University of Minnesota) to policy (as a White House Fellow and Director of Special Projects Office at DARPA) and to private industry (Chief Technology Officer at Leidos (formerly, SAIC)).
