Aleza has over 15 years of experience in program management, community engagement, and talent development. She started her career as a management consultant working with clients to implement change management strategies that empowered teams during large-scale technology transformation efforts. Through this experience, she fostered a passion for helping people develop the skills, mindsets, and connections needed to thrive in an ever-changing work environment and transitioned into the talent development field where she created and delivered programs to attract, develop, and engage talent within organizations. Her community building experience extends to her local community where she recently served as a Founding Board Member and Director of Membership for a new International Coaching Federation chapter in South Carolina, helping to build an active coaching community across the state.
Aleza graduated from Virginia Tech with a dual degree in Business Information Technology and Marketing Management and is currently obtaining a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification through Brown University.
Outside of work, you’ll find Aleza exploring Charleston, SC with her twin daughters and partner. When she isn’t busy chasing her toddlers, she enjoys spending time on the beach, paddleboarding with her rescue dog, searching for the best lattes in town, or traveling to the mountains for some hiking.
