2011 West Coast Fellow Gathering in San Francisco

Bay Area Hertz Fellows and young Hertz alumni from the Stanford, Berkeley and UCSF campuses met up for a lunch at Regalito Rosticeria in San Francisco. We shared a relaxing break from research as we dined on authentic Mexican food, trading anecdotes about the exact worth of a penny and the toxicity of alpha particles. Afterward, several fellows enjoyed the unseasonably warm weather by purchasing a large quantity of Mission Beach Cafe pies to take to Dolores Park.
