2020 Hertz Fellows Q&A
Join the first ever Zoom Q&As with the Hertz Fellowship Class of 2020, taking place Wednesday, June 3, from 9:00–10:00 a.m. pacific, and Thursday, June 4, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. pacific.
Moderated by Hertz Fellows and Senior Fellowship Interviewers Megan Blewett and Adam Marblestone, these hour-long sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions and learn about the work and motivations of our newest 16 fellows.
Selected from a pool of more than 800 applicants from 24 universities across the nation, the new fellowship class demonstrates the greatest potential to tackle the most urgent problems facing society, from from developing drugs more quickly, cheaply, and effectively, to advancing artificial intelligence to creating a carbon-neutral future. The 16 fellows will be divided evenly among the sessions, with eight fellows participating in the sessions listed below.
The sessions will take place using the Zoom video conference platform. You are free to attend one or both of the sessions, and you can attend on a desktop, mobile device, or by phone. Please register using the form below, and we'll email you the Zoom meeting information.
We hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity to help us welcome the newest members of our community and see some familiar faces.
