Ted Kaehler
1972 Hertz Fellow
Ted Kaehler is a retired scientist from Viewpoints Research Institute.
He was previously a research scientist at Apple Computer and prior to that he was a member of the research staff at Xerox PARC.
Ted is most noted for his contributions to the programming languages Smalltalk, Squeak, and Apple Computer’s HyperCard system, and other technologies developed at Xerox PARC.
Ted received his bachelor’s degree in physics from Stanford University and MS in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University.
