Alexander Wissner-Gross wins 2008 Crunchie Award

His company was awarded in the category:  "Most Likely to Make the World a Better Place."
The 2008 Crunchies is the second annual competition and award ceremony to recognize and celebrate the most compelling startups, internet and technology innovations of the year. The internet community is invited to choose who wins.
Alex describes the Crunchies as the "Oscars" of Silicon Valley. He said, "This is a great honor for CO2Stats, since other finalists for these prestigious awards include the iPhone 3G (for Best New Gadget/Device), Pandora Radio (for Best Mobile App), and Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg (for Best Startup CEO)."
