The Fannie and John Hertz Foundation is a tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and classified as a public charity section 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Foundation are deductible to the extent provided by law.
The Annual Fund
Increasing the number of donors to The Hertz Foundation and the amount of their collective support are ongoing priorities for the Foundation.
